These terms are short because the game is meant to be fun. By using InQuestion you agree to them.
The service
InQuestion lets hosts create murder mystery games that players join from their phones. We work hard to keep it running, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your account
Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for games you create and for making sure your guests are happy to play. Only hide evidence in places that are safe and that you have permission to use.
Payments and refunds
Party Passes and Season Passes are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. If a paid game didn't work because of a problem on our side, email us and we'll refund or replace it.
Acceptable use
Don't use InQuestion to harass anyone, to break the law, or to try to break or overload the service. Player names should be the kind of thing you'd say at a dinner party.
Our content
The stories, characters and artwork belong to InQuestion. You're welcome to print your evidence kits and to share photos and videos of your games. Please don't resell the content.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Murder mysteries are fictional; please don't use real weapons, lock real doors or run on stairs.
